Group Swap Guidelines

Swap Procedures:

Anyone on the list can be a swap hostess. The only swaps that I consistently host with the group are the Mini Catalog swaps. So there are a lot of other options out there.

Post to the list:

• Subject Title: SWAP and then Description (set or technique)
• Deadline to Sign Up
• Deadline to receive swaps
• Address to mail swaps

Include plastic bag to mail swaps in (put name and # of swap cards being sent on the bag)
SASE or priority mail postage with return label (no metered strips)

Generally card fronts are fine with name and recipe on the back

Encourage best work (generally two layers and accessories to embellish)

That is all that is needed to initiate a swap. 🙂
