#776 – Creative Escape Part 2 – July 30, 2019

Gather has a great dining room!  It is nice to take a craft break and come together to socialize.

Teamwork makes the dream work and it also makes dinner.

The first night we went out to dinner at Lone Girl Brewery, which is right down the street from Gather.

Cheers!

Fresh lettuce from our garden!

Mary’s shirt is SEW cute!

Guests worked on a variety of projects.

Sweet candy box for everyone by Lisa Lange.

Gorgeous card by Lori Marcantonio.  Shh…you may see this one at Stamp Camp on Sat., 8/3/19.

All attendee gift from Diane Boenker.

I brought a little bit of Italy to the retreat.

We always choose the last weekend of July (okay, for all of three years now) so we can be part of Waunafest.  They have a great craft fair on Saturday, with over 100 vendors.

We found a few treasures!

Plus, there are so many cute local shops & boutiques!  I want my pots at home to be this much fun!

Mill Creek Quilts store is right next door to Gather.

Next door to Gather is a cute little shop, “Simply Unique”.  It had some cute pictures!

How cute is this gift bag from Diane Boenker?  Love the cow-themed gifts!

Cute Retreat Survival Gift Pack from Diane Boenker!

Over the weekend, we worked on a sampler booklet of all of our Designer Series Papers.

Lori Marcantonio keeping cool during the parade!  It was a hot morning!

On Sunday, there is an awesome small town parade that goes right down Main Street in front of Gather.

There is more than just candy being thrown out at the parade.  Loaves of bread, water bottles, tooth brushes, sunglasses, dog treats…you name it!

Hopefully, you were able to capture some of the fun of our weekend from the pictures.

There are more one day retreats coming up later this year.  They will be held from 9 am to 9 pm.

More displays in the Hospitality Suite.  Pizza boxes are great for gift cards, cards and candy!

Still Scenes is an amazing bundle!  Love the “Snow Globe Shaker Domes”.  Makes it easy to create quick shaker cards.

The “Trio of Tags” dies are cut all three dies in one pass through the die cutting machine.  Love the little pieces!

Saturday Smiles…

This one makes me smile, because Paul loves Triscuits and I think they taste like cardboard (not that I have tried eating cardboard).
