Agenda:
8:00 – 8:30 am Registration/Swap/Look at Displays
8:30 – 1:00 Door Prizes, Demos, Make & Takes, Shoebox Swaps, Raffles, Business Building Tips

Bring:

  • Items for display (special door prize drawing)
  • A dish to share (bring recipe if you would like)
  • Adhesive and refills
  • A camera to take pictures of samples and displays
  • Shoebox swap for 20 (full size cards)

(One swap card will be turned in at registration for a door prize entry and to be entered into the card contest – cards will also be posted on Picassa the following week)

Occasions Catalog Swap

  • All swaps will be part of a card contest voted on by my customers in December.
  • The cards will also be posted online and we will have online voting as well!
  • Top three winners will earn a $25 gift certificate to use in the NEW Occasions catalog

Deadline to Sign Up:  Weds., Dec. 4th, 2013
Deadline to Receive Cards: Fri., Jan. 3, 2014 (no exceptions)
Make sure I get yours on time so you don’t miss out! If I receive yours after the due date, they will be returned. It is not fair to hold up the other players. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Qty: Send 25 FULL cards – Easy Peasy for 20 NEW ideas to share with your customers and you only have to create ONE IDEA.
Great way to kick off the new Occasions catalog and generate excitement for yourself and your customers.

Guidelines:

  • Must use SU inks, cardstock and embellishments
  • Best work (several layers/embellishments)
  • Full cards only (not just card fronts)
  • Include card recipe in the envelope

Important: Please put your cards in a clear envelope/bag (you do not have to seal them if using envelopes/that way they can be recycled) This helps protect the quality of your cards during shipping and handling. So many times we are reassembling cards when they arrive. Insert your recipe in the bag, NOT on the card.  Again, it makes it easier to recycle the card down the road.

Mail to: (#1 place to mail/safest and I will get your swaps quicker). You can use overnight EXPRESS mail to mail to the PO Box.

Include Priority Postage $5.60 and a label (I have priority envelopes so you don’t have to include one)

Priority works the best to help protect the cards in mailing.
Include your cards in a large gallon size plastic ziplock with your name and quantity of swaps on it. – THX!
