I will send out the supply list the Friday night before the party. You can print that out and follow along when you watch either LIVE or on REPLAY.

Generally, we try to have 4 to 5 demonstrations.  A new demonstration is held every 20 min.

Aside from this monthly morning of demonstrations, the group is pretty quiet.
